You are solely responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses due to compromised accounts.
We offer free and paid subscription tiers with different usage limits and features. Subscription fees are charged in advance and processed by Lemon Squeezy.
Each plan includes specific usage limits. Excessive usage beyond reasonable limits may result in service throttling or account suspension. We reserve the right to define and enforce fair use policies to ensure service availability for all users.
Violation Consequences: Prohibited use may result in immediate account termination, legal action, and reporting to law enforcement. No refunds for terminated accounts.
You retain ownership of content you upload. By using our service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and analyze your content solely to provide our service.
You have rights to AI-generated content created through our service, subject to our terms and the underlying AI provider's policies. However, we make no warranties about uniqueness, accuracy, or fitness.
All service code, features, designs, and documentation remain our property. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our service or attempt to extract our source code or algorithms.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DELEGATE'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Delegate, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from: (a) your use of the service, (b) violation of these terms, (c) infringement of third-party rights, or (d) your content or conduct.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for terms violations, non-payment, or any reason at our sole discretion. Termination notice will be provided when legally required.
You may cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds for remaining time.
Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Data may be deleted after a grace period. Certain provisions survive termination including disclaimers and limitations.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Türkiye.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with 30 days notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We recommend reviewing Terms periodically.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between us.
We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, network failures, or other unforeseeable events.
